Interior Minister Denis Monastirski died in this accident along with several colleagues.

Among those who lost their lives, nine people were aboard the helicopter. According to the police, Interior Minister Denis Monastirsky and Deputy Minister Kirylo Timoshenko have died in the helicopter crash. Officials had earlier said that 22 people, including 10 children, were injured. The helicopter crashed near ‘Kindergarten’.
