Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin ‘From the beginning’ Were in favor of talks with Ukraine and ‘nothing has changed’ in this regard. Kremlin (Russian government) spokesman Dmitry Peskov was reacting on Friday to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoan’s remarks. “If you remember, President Putin tried to start talks with both NATO and the US even before the special military operation,” Peskov said.
