Seoul. Workers at an apartment construction site in Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea, have found more than 110 American bombs, shells, landmines, grenades and other made explosives weapons. All these bombs and explosive weapons are said to be made in America. According to media reports, America had dropped these bombs on North Korea during the Korean War. According to North Korea’s official news agency KCNA, experts from the Public Security Bureau of Pyongyang City detected and defused these bombs and explosive devices.
The KCNA report said the explosives found at the residential construction site in the Hwasong area were rusted, but were prone to detonation at any time. North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un has started projects to build 50,000 new apartments in Pyongyang. Which is an effort to improve the life of the people in this poor country. North Korea is already battling the COVID-19 pandemic and natural disasters. Along with international sanctions for nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs, it has imposed some curbs on its own economy. Because of this its economy has already weakened. America says that North Korea has only limited resources to meet the needs of its people.

During World War II, the US dropped more bombs on North Korea than on the entire Pacific region. The US bombing campaign and other attacks have been featured prominently in education and government messaging in North Korea.
