Government news agencies have given this news quoting the Ministry of Defense of Russia. The Defense Ministry said two civilians from a former Soviet state opened indiscriminate fire during training and were both killed in retaliatory fire. 11 people died in this incident.

Russia’s Defense Ministry said that on October 15, two civilians from a former Soviet republic carried out a terrorist attack on the training range of the Western Military District in the Belgorod region, a news agency AFP reported. The CIS or Commonwealth of Independent States is made up of republics that were formerly part of the Soviet Union. Russia’s defense ministry said the attack happened during a training session for volunteers for a special military operation in Ukraine. Due to which 11 people died and 15 other people were injured and they have been sent to hospitals.
