G20 repeatedly called G19; Zelensky surrounded Russia in front of China-US, said – make up for our losses

New Delhi: In the midst of the Russia-Ukraine war that has been going on for months, the summit of 20 countries started in Bali, Indonesia today i.e. on Tuesday. On the first day of the G20 summit, Ukrainian President Zelensky attacked Russian President Vladimir Putin and repeatedly addressed the G20 as G19. Virtually addressing the G-20 meeting, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that now is the time to end Russia’s ‘devastating’ war and save thousands of lives.

According to the news agency AFP, Zelensky said that I believe that the time has come when the Russian ‘catastrophic’ war must be stopped and it can be stopped and it can save thousands of lives. During this, he repeatedly addressed the leaders as ‘G19’. This means that he addressed G20 as G19 keeping Russia aside.

Attacking Russia, Zelensky also said that Russia should respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine, withdraw its troops from Ukrainian territory and pay for the damage caused to Ukraine.

Wearing his army green T-shirt and speaking in Ukrainian, Zelensky addressed G20 leaders including Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Joe Biden. Russian President Vladimir Putin was not in the room when Zelensky was attacking Russia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was present.

Actually, Russian President Vladimir Puti has not participated in this G-20 summit and he has sent Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in his place. Prominent world leaders including PM Modi have attended the G-20 summit held in Bali city of Indonesia. Today in the G-20 meeting, the challenges posed by the Kovid-19 global epidemic and Russia’s attack on Ukraine were discussed.
